The deliverables we produce (such as documentation checklists, process guides, handbooks, and session summaries) are intended to support your team's own informed decision-making. They should not be treated as binding legal or regulatory opinions.

We do not certify, accredit, or formally audit organisations for any regulatory framework.

3. Enquiries and Engagements

Submitting an enquiry through our website or by email does not create a service contract. A service engagement begins only when both parties have agreed in writing — typically by email — on the scope, deliverables, and fees for the work.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or engagement request at our discretion, without obligation to give a reason.

4. Fees and Payment

Our published service fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and reflect the scope described for each offering. Where a bespoke engagement is proposed, fees will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Payment terms will be outlined at the point of engagement confirmation. We reserve the right to pause or conclude work if agreed payments are not received in a timely manner.

Fees are not contingent on any particular outcome or result. Our role is to advise and support; we do not accept responsibility for decisions made by your organisation based on our input.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, structure, and visual elements — belongs to Glia Systems. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

Deliverables produced specifically for a client engagement (such as a governance handbook or process guide) are intended for that client's internal use. Unless separately agreed, Glia Systems retains the right to use general methodologies, templates, and approaches developed during engagements in future work with other clients.

Any materials you share with us during an engagement remain your property. We will not use them for any purpose other than delivering the agreed service.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information shared by clients as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties except where required by law, or where you have given express permission. This applies to session notes, internal documents, and any other materials provided by you in the course of an engagement.

We ask that clients treat any unpublished methodologies, templates, or advisory frameworks shared by Glia Systems as confidential to their organisation and not distribute them externally.

7. Limitation of Liability

Glia Systems provides its services with reasonable care and skill. However, to the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity arising from your use of our services or website.
• Decisions made by your organisation based on our advisory input.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind.

Our total liability in connection with any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that specific engagement.
