Initial Conversation
We speak with you to understand your team, your AI projects, and where your documentation currently stands. No preparation required on your part.
Engagement Agreement
We agree on scope, deliverables, schedule, and fees in a written service agreement before work begins. Everything is clear before any session takes place.
Delivery and Handover
Sessions are conducted, written outputs are produced and reviewed, then delivered directly to you. We remain available for follow-up questions after handover.
Our quality standard: Every written output — summary, template, guide, or handbook — is reviewed internally before delivery. We hold ourselves to the same documentation standards we advise on. Nothing leaves as a rough draft.

Personal Data Protection
We handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Data shared with us is used only for the purposes of your engagement.
Continued Availability
Following each engagement, we remain available for brief follow-up questions about the materials delivered. We do not close the file without checking you are comfortable with the outputs.
Scope Discipline
We work to the agreed scope. If your needs extend beyond it during an engagement, we discuss the addition openly before proceeding — no unilateral scope changes or surprise billing.
